DETAILS ABOUT THE ROOM AND BOOKING YOUR EVENT
Our private event room has a capacity for up to 40 people for casual drinking/socializing. This entire space would be yours for you and your guests to utilize and decorate as needed! All guests are welcome to flow back and forth from the party room, main taproom and patio throughout your visit. The layout of the room is flexible, tables and chairs can be arranged in a variety of ways to accommodate you and your guests.
Pricing: $50/Hr + Drink Package/Tab Minimum.
Time Slots: Our event room can be booked in ~3 hour increments any day during regular Bubblehouse Brewing business hours. Time slots can be modified or extended by customer request
Drink Package/Minimums: Drink Packages/Minimums vary from $200-$400 based on the day and time you are interested in. This can be paid on one tab, or split evenly at the end of your event if so desired. Our staff can notify you when your minimum is reached at this point you can leave it open or close it and switch to a cashbar. Just let us know what you prefer. We also have wristbands available upon request if needed and drink tickets and tokens available if desired.
Decorations: Enhance your event by decorating the room! Bring your own decorations to add your own special touch to the room! All event specific decorations/supplies/games you bring would need to stay in the party room. No glitter or confetti.
Guest Beverages: In addition to the delicious beer we brew at Bubblehouse, we also offer guest wine, hard-ciders, hard-seltzers for your non-beer-drinking guests to enjoy in addition to a variety of Non-alcoholic soft drinks for your guests to enjoy. Outside alcohol of any kind is strictly prohibited (as this would violate our liquor license).
Food Options: We don't have a kitchen on-site but we gladly encourage you to B.Y.O.F. (Bring Your Own Food) or have it catered in - we’re happy to help with local recommendations if needed! Most weekends we have rotating food-trucks/pop-up kitchens on-site as well so be sure to check our schedule or ask a staff member if there will be a foodtruck on-site during the time of your visit!
Reserving the Room: Our event room is booked on a first-come/first-serve basis. Half of the hourly portion of the payment is due upfront to confirm your reservation and hold the date for you. Please stop by the taproom during operating hours to make this payment, get a tour of the space and/or ask our staff any additional questions you may have!
